Editorial policy
Every page on this desk follows the same four marks. Judge the work by the order, not by a badge.
A note starts from the current FDA prescribing information, a WHO monograph when it exists, and the trial that enrolled the hold. A blog summary is a pointer, never the source.
We write the hold in plain language: Loa, nitrate spray, greasy plate, QT drug, eGFR, taper, named pinworm. Uncertain numbers stay qualitative. What the drug does not do is part of the note.
The named specialist checks the safety lines and answers the reader mail in their own voice. Their profile sits next to the thread.
Outbound links carry nofollow. Hard stops - nitrates with a PDE5, a steroid stopped cold - are repeated where a reader will actually see them. Each page shows last reviewed: 14 August 2026. If a line is stale, write [email protected] and name the URL.
Pure Health Notes
Write the hold. Then the milligram. Ask Adaeze, Julian, or Helena. This desk does not fill a bottle.
