About

Who writes in the margin

Pure Health Notes is an Aberdeen reading desk. We mark the hold first, then the milligram the US label actually prints. Nobody here fills a bottle.

Why a margin, not a cart

Most people meet a medicine at midnight with a leaflet and a rumor. This desk was built to be the second read: a hold written in the margin, then the labeled chip. We do not sell drugs, rank pharmacies, or take manufacturer money.

What sits on the blotter

Seven molecules, kept small on purpose. Each gets one long note and three library reads. A forum thread at the end is teaching from Adaeze, Julian, or Helena - editorial names, not your chart.

Who signs

A draft leaves the writing desk only after the named specialist for that drug has marked the hold. Their name and profile sit on the page. A generic "medically reviewed" stamp is not a signer.

What we open

The live FDA label, WHO monographs, and the trial that actually enrolled the hold. Outbound links go to FDA, MedlinePlus, CDC, WHO. When the live label and this page disagree, the label wins.

Pure Health Notes

Seven notes, twenty-one reads, three names in the margin.

Write the hold. Then the milligram. Ask Adaeze, Julian, or Helena. This desk does not fill a bottle.
